WHO WE ARE
The Phoenix Group is a nonprofit organization founded on compassion, faith, and a deep commitment to community service. We are dedicated to transforming lives and restoring hope in some of South St. Petersburg’s most underserved neighborhoods—specifically within the 33705, 33711, and 33712 zip codes.
Through targeted outreach and culturally responsive support, we empower both youth and adults to overcome mental health challenges, successfully reenter society after incarceration, and regain dignity through services for the unhoused.

Tiffani R. Green, a Florida native, is the bold and compassionate force behind The Phoenix Group. Her leadership reflects a lifelong calling to serve God’s people with grace and love.
Whether offering a comforting word, heartfelt wisdom, or a shared laugh, Tiffani connects with people right where they are. Her mission is simple yet powerful: to uplift, empower, and ignite hope driven by faith.
